Sorry for the inconvenience. However, our sister inn the Pennington, a few steps down the street, serves food daily.

Out and About

Right here in Ravenglass there's the fabulous Ravenglass & Eskdale Railway - narrow gauge heritage steam and the longest narrowgauge line in the county, it's a beautiful ride up Eskdale to sample the wares of the valley's pubs, go for a womble to Stanley Ghyll Falls or visit Cumbria's oldest working watermill in Boot village before afternoon tea at the station cafe or walk back to Ravenglass along the Eskdale Trail. Marvellous!

Just up the road is Muncaster Castle, with gardens and Hawk & Owl Centre open most of the year, fantastic flying displays, the Castle itself open Easter to October and a host of special events and experiences to enjoy.
